On Monday, the fifth of July, my favorite local yarn shop - Clever Knits - will celebrate its first year of operation. And today, at 11:55, when I showed in the sale BOGO they experience, I was slightly surprised to see a large flock of knitters waiting to get in was very exciting and I could hear accounts of how last year they were waiting on the sidewalk for CK-thereby to open their doors for the first time. I missed the official opening, but I'm really glad I had the opportunity to be here for this event....

The gold-plated awards created by Fargo’s Gabriel Metal Casting will make their national debut at 7 p.m. in Las Vegas on ABC.
The local business, which creates custom awards and corporate gifts for clients across the nation, was subcontracted by a leading award manufacturing company out of New York.
“We’ve been working with Society Awards for about four years now,” said Jon Gabriel, Gabriel Metal Casting’s vice president of operations. “We were awarded the (Billboard) contract through them.”
