I want to make my own scratching post, but I'm not quite sure where I should go to get the sisal rope. Where can I find it?

When my husband was making one of our cat trees, he bought the sisal rope at Lowes. Home Depot and Wal-Mart also had it. At Lowe's it was about $6.00 for 100 feet. I also wanted to add. Its a pita to get that stuff wrapped around the post. Make sure you

I am a zoo volunteer and help care for most of the birds, ranging from a ton of cockatiels and cockatoos and a military macaw.
The birds have not been to one in the enrichment of things, I thought of ways to keep them busy. I feel bad because many of them are probably very bored. Some toys, but they do not get changed around as much. They also have people walking all day, but they do not get that much one on one interaction with people they know....
Max Metcalf-Putnam, 18, received the Eagle Scout rank by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
He was presented with the award at a special court of honor at his home in Fort Dodge with his Scoutmaster, Jim Kramer.
Metcalf-Putnam Scouting's highest rank by getting 22 merit badges and complete her community service project for which he designed and built four poles cat animal shelter Almost Home in Fort Dodge.
